At khelkood.baby, we want every outfit and toy you purchase to bring joy and fit your little ones perfectly. Given the nature of children’s retail, please review our policy carefully:

• Return Window: Return or size exchange requests for eligible kids’ clothing and toy items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Eligibility: Items must be in brand new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original packaging, tags, and product boxes fully intact for safety and hygiene reasons.
• Defective/Damaged Items: Children’s items require careful transit handling. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can arrange an instant replacement or refund.
• Non-Returnable Items: Items showing signs of wear, missing original tags, or products past the initial 7-day return window cannot be accepted for return due to our strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit) once our quality assurance team inspects and verifies the returned items.
